MISSION STATEMENT Recover and restore the historic wetland in the heart of Malibu as per State of California policy, educate the general public about the wetland eco-system, promote and restore clean and safe water for the purpose of recreation and food sources at Malibu Surfrider Beach and Malibu Fishing Pier. |

VISION STATEMENT To turn the heart of Malibu into a Marine Sanctuary, restore the historical wetlands holistically, create an educational center to teach the values of the wetland ecosystem and stop people from becoming sick because of swimming, surfing or catching fish at Malibu Beach. |
